Instructions:
Cook the Potatoes and Quinoa:
Boil the diced potatoes until they’re soft (about 15 minutes). Drain and set aside.
Cook quinoa by simmering it in water until soft (usually a 1:2 ratio of quinoa to water, about 15 minutes), then let it cool.
Steam the Vegetables:
In a steamer or pan, add broccoli, zucchini, carrots, and kale. Steam until tender but not mushy (around 5-7 minutes), preserving nutrients. Allow them to cool.
Combine Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, add the drained tuna, cooked tilapia, peanut oil, cooked potatoes, cooked quinoa, and all vegetables (including apple, blueberries, and mashed pumpkin).
